Win a 3-Night Motorhome Hire Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser

The competition is run by Highwood Motorhomes Ltd, registered at Flatts Farm, Highwood, Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, ST14 8PR

2. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to residents of the UK only.
  • Entrants must be aged 25–74 and hold a valid full UK driving licence for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Entrants must have a clean driving licence with no claims or convictions in the last 5 years.
  • Employees of Highwood Motorhomes, their families, and anyone connected to the administration of the competition are not eligible.

3. Entry Requirements

To enter, participants must:

  1. Follow our social media pages of Facebook and Instagram.
  2. Like and share the competition post

Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

4. Competition Period

  • The competition opens at [Start Date & Time] and closes at [End Date & Time].
  • Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

5. Prize

  • The winner will receive a 3-night motorhome hire in one of our 4 berth motorhomes for hire in the UK.
  • The hire must take place between [Start Date] and [End Date], excluding the peak season from 01/07/2026 to 31/08/2026.
  • The prize includes motorhome hire, insurance, breakdown cover and unlimited UK mileage. Also included – electrical hook up equipment, outdoor seating and bottom sheets on the bed.
  • The prize excludes: fuel, campsite fees, tolls, food, insurance excess, internation travel or any other optional extras.
  • The prize is subject to availability within the eligible dates and must be booked by [Deadline for Redemption].
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
  • The draw will take place on [Date] and be overseen by [Independent Person / Staff Member].
  • The winner will be notified via phone within 7 days of the draw.
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, or does not meet eligibility criteria, a new winner will be drawn.

7. Terms of Use / Conditions for Prize

  • The winner must provide a valid driving licence and 2 proofs of identity, as detailed by our insurance company before the prize can be claimed.
  • A refundable security/damage deposit of £1,000 is required, in line with our standard hire terms. Any damage to the value of £1,000 will be deducted. Deposit returned in full providing the motorhome is returned undamaged.
  • The motorhome must be used in accordance with our Rental T&C’s and the winner is liable for any damages, fines, or penalties incurred.
  • The prize cannot be used for commercial purposes.

8. Liability

  • Highwood Motorhomes accepts no responsibility for:
    • Lost, delayed, or misdirected entries.
    • Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the competition or use of the prize, except where legally prohibited.
  • The competition is not endorsed or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.

9. Data Protection

  • Personal data provided during entry will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition.
  • By entering, participants agree to allow Highwood Motorhomes to contact them regarding the prize.
  • Data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy

10. General

  • Highwood Motorhomes reserves the right to amend, cancel, or suspend the competition in exceptional circumstances.
  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with English law, and the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Publicity

  • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity related to the competition, including social media posts and promotional and marketing content.
