Selling Your Motorhome Terms & Conditions

These terms set out how we provide valuations and purchase motorhomes, campervans and van conversions. By requesting a valuation or agreeing to sell your vehicle to us, you accept the following conditions.

Valuation Accuracy

  • All valuations provided on this website or by our team are guidelines only and based on the information you supply.
  • Final offers are confirmed after a physical inspection and a total vehicle check (including HPI/Total Car Check).
  • We reserve the right to adjust the offer if the vehicle differs from the description provided or if any issues are found.

Vehicle Status

  • Vehicles must not be stolen, subject to undisclosed finance, or have any legal or insurance restrictions.
  • Proof of ownership and identity will be required before any payment is made.
  • The vehicle must pass standard checks to confirm it is legally transferable and clear of alerts.

Ownership & Payment

  • Payment will only be made to the registered keeper named on the V5C logbook, using instant bank transfer.
  • The seller must provide valid photo ID matching the name and address on the V5C.
  • We do not pay third parties or make payment into accounts not matching the registered keeper's name.

Offer Adjustments

  • If, upon inspection or check, the vehicle is misdescribed (e.g. condition, mileage, specification, damage, or history), we will revise our offer to reflect its true market value.
  • We will clearly explain any adjustments and the reasons for them.
  • You are under no obligation to accept the revised offer.
  • If you choose not to proceed, the process ends there — no pressure, no fees, and no hard feelings.

Right to Refuse Purchase

  • We are not obliged to make an offer or proceed with a purchase on every motorhome.
  • We may decline to buy a vehicle at our discretion, for example due to condition, history, or market factors.

No Hidden Costs

  • There are no fees for valuations, inspections, or collection.
  • We will not charge for travel or time if a sale is not completed.

Market Changes

  • Valuations are based on current market conditions and may change daily.
  • If market values move between your initial quote and inspection, we will notify you before collection.
