6 BERTH Collecting and returning
Collection is from our depot in Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, which has easy links to the M1 and M6. Our standard collection time is 3pm. Early collections are available - please enquire at the time of booking.
Our friendly and knowledgeable motorhome hire team will give you a familiarisation tour of the vehicle. We offer a full demonstration of the motorhome’s facilities, so you can be confident of how to use all the functions before you leave. We will also give you instruction guides and manuals to help you along the way.
We provide free onsite parking for the duration of your hire. Your vehicle will be stored in a secure, locked compound, protected by 24-hour surveillance cameras.
We offer a full valeting service so you can return to your vehicle with it looking as good as new. Please inquire for details.
Our return time is 10am - please enquire at the time of booking for late returns.
We will carry out an inspection of the motorhome before we can return your security bond.24/7 support
We want your motorhome holiday to be an amazing experience, so our highly experienced team provides 24/7 support while you are out on the road. Whether you need advice on using your motorhome, itinerary help or support with technical problems, our specialist team is always available. You can contact us by email between 6am and 9pm, or by phone 24/7.
Payments & hiring details
- 6+ weeks before collection: 75% of the hire charge is refundable. We also offer the option to rearrange your booking where possible.
- 2 - 6 weeks before collection: 50% of the hire charge is refundable.
- 2 weeks before collection: 0% of the hire charge is refundable.
Drivers must be aged 24 - 79 with no more than 6 penalty points on their licence. They must have held their licence for at least 2 years. Drivers who do not meet this criteria may still be able to hire, depending upon referral to our insurance company. Drivers over 79 are subject to insurance referral and a higher security deposit may be required.
We will request identification, including a UK driving licence. We require a check code from the DVLA to verify your licence - see the DVLA Online Driving Licence Sharing Service. The service allows others to view your driving record, for example vehicles you can drive.
We do accept non-UK licences, but may request additional checks and referrals.
We will also need 2 proofs of address that match the address on your driving licence. Acceptable proofs of address would include a utility bill or a bank statement.
Our motorhomes can be hired for festivals and other events.
No smoking or vaping is allowed inside any of our motorhomes. A deep cleaning charge will be applied if evidence is found of anyone smoking or vaping inside the vehicle.
We are pet friendly for selected models - see Optional Extras.
Our vehicles are perfect for European travel and additional charges for insurance apply.
